GENERAL: Chapter 7 court fees are payable directly by you to the “US Bankruptcy Court” by money order or cashier check in the amount of $299. Let me know if you qualify for a fee waiver and request I prepare one on your questionnaire.
COUNSELING: Please provide your counseling class certificate BEFORE FILING - see counseling to the left and financial management class later! Counseling fees are paid direclty to the counseling agency. Please discuss fee waivers with the agency you select. OUR FEE and SERVICE: $125 INCLUDES the preparation of the forms and copies. After this fee is paid, you are welcome to have your creditors contact my office for verification. You can save time if you have already ordered your credit reports, completed your certificate and completed the questionnaire in anticipation of your filing. Just email me for a questionnaire to begin the free evaluation.
