After reviewing the many options, not just bankruptcy, I stand by available to prepare all your forms and make all the necessary copies for the bankruptcy to be acceptably filed by the court.

As you review the information, keep in mind our consultations are free, and we only charge $125 for the preparation of the forms and copies if decide that is your optimum choice of action. This is our same fee since 1992. As an additional bonus, to provide your some relief, as soon as your $125 is paid, as you are invited to have your creditors contact our office for verification of your full payment.

   HISTORY OF PROCESS MY PAPERS

Process My Papers started tax preparation and bankruptcy preparation in September, 1992 as a women owned business by me, Rica.  The original was Paralegal Plus. The law forced a name change under the idea the average person would assume we were attorneys because the word legal was in the title. In full obedience to the law I changed it to Rica's Document Preparation. When I married, the name had to change to a family operated business rather than a women owned and operated business.  This women owned business expanded to a family owned business September 2006

Beginning November 1, 2009, we changed our service to inlcude a free emergency filing option with no obligation. So many are being harmed during these hard economic times!  I have seen the loss of property simply because a person needed just a few more days. Please see our

We have prepared thousands of divorce and bankruptcy filings with successful clients. The key to the sucess is following the process time lines, deadlines, and requirements.
